In May 2025, I recorded a podcast episode with Adaeze Okoli.
At that time, she talked about tinkering with AI.
As of late April 2026, she is using AI more and more.
She is also leading AI adoption at Rethink Food. She sees this work kind of like other change management work that Chiefs of Staff often do.
Are you leading AI adoption at your company too?
Here are some things that she is doing to lead AI adoption:
having weekly “lunch and learns” as a low-stakes way to connect, learn and grow together
meeting people where they are at. Not everyone is an early-adopter. Start where you can.
starting change management with existing software tools versus immediately jumping to new tools
Below are some ways that Adaeze is using AI too:
creating daily briefings that are automatically emailed out to certain people
creating her own “super app” by connecting multiple software tools in Claude
built a custom delivery routing app that saved the logistics team time
