About two weeks ago, I posted an idea into a group chat with Chiefs of Staff in New York.
I was wondering if anyone who had attended my Chief of Staff Mixers was interested in interviewing me… on my own A Chief of Staff Podcast!

Last September, after leaving my job, I had a coffee chat with Kriti when I was not sure what was next for my career. Fast forward ten months, her interviewing me about my journey since September was really special.
Andrew has attended a Chief of Staff event of mine. It was fun to learn more about what attracted him to my events, what he liked about them, and of course his CoS role and more.

If you are a Chief of Staff, I think my biggest practical lesson for you is how your work can compound and grow over-time. The company you are helping build today can look a lot different in three, six, and nine months.
