Do you know your enneagram type?
In early 2024, some of my friends were chatting about the enneagram test. It is a tool for self-awareness and more.
And when my smart friends are chatting about something, I try to learn more!
So, I dove in.
The test revealed to me that I am a type 2, which is also known as the helper.
I get energy and fulfillment from helping other people. And it’s why Chief of Staff-like and community building roles have been a great fit for me.
Kathryn “KG” Treser also took the enneagram test, and enjoys it.
She wrote a Substack post about it for her Chief of Staff School Substack newsletter too.
In our new A Chief of Staff podcast episode, we talked about how we have applied the results of our enneagram tests. There is an AI use-case here too :)
As mentioned, KG has a Chief of Staff School Substack newsletter. Check it out!
In this new podcast episode, you will also learn about:
why she started her Substack newsletter and how she decides what content to publish
how she got her Chief of Staff role and the importance of going after open roles when you see them
how her role is evolving. She is starting to work for a new Principal
and so much more!
Definitely connect with KG on LinkedIn, where she works!
Thank you KG!
As a reminder, A Chief of Staff podcast is available here, here, here, here, etc!
